Ms.
Sarasu Thomas and Mr.Jyothi Kumar inmates of Thiruvananthapuram Cheshire Home
are the proud recipients of Literary awards given by the Commisionerate for
Persons With Disabilities , Government of kerala, for the year 2015-16. Sarasu
Thomas got the award for her book (Biographysection) and Jyothi Kumar secured
the award for his collection of poems (Poetry Section). Both of them became
first in their respective sections. The award consists of a cash award
Rs.5,000/- and a certificate of merit.
